梅干し本漬け | Making Umeboshi

赤シソを塩でもんで、しぼった汁に梅酢を足すときれいなピンク色に。
I got some red shiso to add to the plums. The juice turned into a beautiful pink colour after adding some of the liquid from the plums.

赤くなった梅酢をぷくぷくになった梅と混ぜて数週間待つ。きれいな色♪
Add the pink juice into the puffy plums. Lovely colours!
